As you probably guessed from the name, FL-2 Manager is designed to help you complete, store, and print those annoying North Carolina FL-2 forms.

FL-2 Manager's greatest strength lies in its data base, which allows you to retrieve a patient's previous form and use it as a starting place, changing only the information that's different.

After initial data entry, FL-2 Manager can reduce the time spent on FL-2's by as much as 90%. This substantial savings results in a payback period of less than 11 months, and saves days of professional time and effort.

Insures consistency and correctness by not allowing conflicting boxes to be checked.

System Requirements:

FL-2 Form Manager runs on IBM® and true IBM compatibles with DOS 6.0 or Higher and Microsoft Windows® version 3.1 or newer. A Dot Matrix printer is required to print multi-part FL-2/12 forms, and for best performance, a 486 33Mhz or faster machine is recommended. A mouse or other pointing device is also highly recommended.

Pricing Information:
FL-2 Manager is sold as a Site License. This means that it may be used on several machines or on a network within the same facility at no additional charge. To make FL-2 Manager affordable to all sizes of facilities, it is sold using a sliding scale that reduces the price for smaller operations.
