What is Tsoft's Free Upgrade Policy?

If a product is purchased within 90 days of a upgrade release, the customer will receive a copy of the upgrade at no additional charge. This policy is applicable only to those Tsoft products which may not cover by annual maintenance contracts.

Object Variable Not Set Messages

This or similar messages may occur on various Tsoft Packages. It generally occurs just as the package is being started, and indicates that the program is having difficulty openning one or more of the application's databases. Some of the more common reasons that this might occur are listed below:

1. The database file has been deleted or moved. Check you documentation for the database's name and use the Windows Sesarch/Find function to determine if the appropriate file can be located.
2. The database has been damaged. This may power interuptions, failing hard drives, or a number of other problems. Most Tsoft applications contain a repair function that may be able to correct the problem. As a last resort, you may need to restore the database from a recent backup.
3. The database is accessed accross a network and the server is not available. Make sure that the PC containing the database is on. Also insure that your network hub/switch is on and all cables are connected. This can also result if a drive mapping has not been established or has been lost. Check the appropriate .INI file to determine the path that is being used and verify that this path is accessable.
